No confirmation, No Show, or Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation full service cost will be charged
24 to 48 hours notice of cancellation will incur 50% of service cost fee
Please advise me with 24 hours prior notice of any changes to treatments, arrival time, additional treatments to be added or removed from the initial booking.
If you are deemed to be unwell on arrival for your appointment you will not be treated on that day and will be rescheduled this will incur a fee of the full treatment cost which will be Invoiced or charged at your next appointment.

Please take the time prior to your appointment to make yourself aware of the following policies that I have in place for yours and our staff's health and safety.
PLEASE! If you are feeling unwell on the day of your treatment DO NOT COME even if your symptoms are mild.
Booking I have always worked by appointment only and this will continue. You are required to call/text/message to make an appointment time for your treatment. It is also requested that if you want to attend the salon to make purchases of product and gift lines that you please call ahead to make a mutually suitable time to attend. If you are wanting a booking within the next 24 hours I recommend you call me on 0400 002 152 between 9am & 5pm to make a confirmed booking. I will endeavor to allocate the time needed for your treatment in the 24 hour period however please be aware that there is usually a wait time for appointments and it is better to book in advance. If I am unable to answer the phone please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I am able to. If you are booking in advance you are more than welcome to call, text, message or email with your preferred day/time and the treatment you would like and I will reply as soon as I can.
Confirmation of booking To confirm your booking you will be sent an Appointment Reminder the morning of the day before your appointment with all necessary information for your appointment. As a courtesy to confirm your appointment please reply to the message immediately on receipt of the message. Most treatments require a moderate amount of time to prepare and if you fail to reply or reply on the day of treatment it may mean that treatment setup time is taken out of your allocated treatment time. Failure to reply at all will deem your appointment cancelled with cancellation fees payable.
Vaccination Please be advised that if you have had any vaccinations including Covid-19 Vaccination or boosters it is requested that you please advise and reschedule for at least 2 weeks post vaccination. This is for your protection, as there have been reports of extra skin sensitivity post vaccination.
Arrival Procedure It is requested that you arrive on time for your treatment. Should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced and if it is deemed to late to carry out the requested treatment you will be asked to reschedule, this may attract a cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy). Starting your treatment should be relaxing and not rushed. All treatment times on the treatment menu is for the actual treatment time and doesn’t include any pre treatment foot soaks or filling out intake forms.
Sanitizing Procedures Cleaning, sterilization and high hygiene procedures have always been standard practice for Spiritual Beauty.
Treatment Room Hygiene & Sterilization As per normal procedures all linen will be changed between clients. All benches and floors will be cleaned & sanitized with a hospital grade disinfectant.
Extra Protection for you and us When required staff will wear masks and gloves during treatments. It is requested that if you would like to wear a mask that you provide your own. These standards and workplace practices are taken seriously and I want you to feel comfortable in the knowledge that I am doing everything in my power to provide a safe environment for everyone. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to these procedures and look forward to welcoming to Spiritual Beauty.
Wellness While we love to treat you and make you feel good, it is not advisable to have any treatment while unwell nor is it safe for your treating therapist. If you arrive at Spiritual Beauty suffering from cold or flu like symptoms or with transmittable infections you will not be permitted to have treatments on the day. As a condition of our Cancellation Policy, there may be a fee associated with this. If you are unwell on the day of your appointment please advise me as-soon-as-possible as the appointment time may be able to be allocated to another client. If this falls outside of business hours it is requested that you text 0400 002 152 to advise.
Initial Consultation At your initial consultation you will be given an intake form/s to complete prior to your treatment/s, I will discuss your needs and answer any questions. This intake form will only need to be completed on your first appointment and I ask that if you are aware of any changes between visits that you let me know prior to your treatment. This includes but isn’t limited to; changes in contact details, medical issues, injuries etc It is up to you to communicate with me at time of booking or on arrival if you have any sore spots or injuries that I need to be aware of for your treatment. This will also be communicated prior to carrying out your treatment. If for some reason you become uncomfortable during treatments please communicate this with your therapist as I want you to have the most comfortable treatment possible. It is up to you to let your therapist know what your personal requirements are at any stage of your experience.
Mobile Devices To preserve the tranquility of the salon and for your relaxation I ask that your phone/devices be turned off or onto flight mode before entering the salon for your treatment. I also ask that prior to taking any photos in the salon that you request permission. I am happy for you to use your phone to take selfies for social media so you can share with your friends how relaxed you are at Spiritual Beauty. Please use #spiritualbeautytamworth on your photos. As your appointment time has been allocated for your treatment it is requested that unless urgent that you don’t make or receive phone calls during your treatment time.
Babies and Children I want you to enjoy your treatment undisturbed and as a parent it is important to make sure that you are looking after yourself so you can care for your family. Babies in prams are welcome as I understand that they are very reliant on their parents at this age and it is sometimes more traumatizing for both baby and parent, trying to leave them with sitters. It is requested that toddlers and younger children do not attend appointments if at all possible. Obviously I am a Mum and I do understand that sometimes it is not practical to get a sitter however I do ask that if you need to bring your child to your appointment that you please bring something to keep them entertained whilst you are having your treatment. Please also be aware that any stock damages or breakages by children will need to be paid for by the parent. We do offer teenage treatments for children under 16 years of age and it is requested that the child be accompanied by an adult during their treatment.
Special Considerations For any allergies, conditions, disabilities, cancer treatment, pregnancy or if you are undergoing IVF could you please advise us at the time of booking as it helps your therapist with making the appropriate choices or modifications to your booking. Whilst all care is taken, Spiritual Beauty can not guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your healthcare professional and inform us at booking. You are required to advise us at time of booking if you have had recent surgery, and it may be deemed necessary to have verbal confirmation from your doctor prior to carrying out your treatment. If this is the case you will be asked to contact your doctor to provide permission for Spiritual Beauty Management to contact your doctor to obtain verbal confirmation prior to your treatment.
Comfort At Spiritual Beauty, your privacy is important to us. If your treatment requires you to get changed you will be left in privacy to change in the treatment room. As beauty professionals we are trained to respect your comfort and privacy. During treatments you will always remain covered or draped except for the area being worked on, for your privacy. We are aware that some people have body image issues and please be assured that we are non-judgmental and will always seek permission if we need to expose a sensitive area such as the stomach.
Facilities We have parking at the front of the salon. Please feel free to use the driveway to park if there are no other cars there. There is a toilet on the premises for the use of clients. We happily accept cash or credit card payments at the time of treatment or if pre-arranged bank details can be provided for direct deposits. Please be advised that if you wish to use the direct deposit method for payment that this is required to be arranged prior to your treatment and funds must be cleared before treatment. We also offer a subscription service for regular beauty treatments. This is set up as an ongoing direct deposit and is an agreement between Spiritual Beauty and the Client. These subscriptions can be tailored to suit the individual.
Salon Etiquette Whilst at Spiritual Beauty, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities and salon policies. We have very positive, professional and caring staff at Spiritual Beauty and entry to the salon and invitations to re-book are at our discretion. We have a zero tolerance for unrespectful behavior towards therapists, clients or guests.
